What are Lumens?

Learn how to get free Lumens in starryai.

How you can earn Lumens through the in-app "Earn Lumens" section.

To restore Pro, open the purchase screen on the starryai app and press the “Restore” button located at the bottom of the screen.

Please contact us with your purchase receipt and we'll add the Lumens to your account ASAP.

If you have trouble receiving Lumens, please check that you are doing it through the Earn button on the top right of the app.

Lumens are added to your account within 24 hours of you reaching a certain level.

All mobile purchase refunds must be requested through their respective App Store. For web purchases, please contact us.
