If your Pro subscription isn’t showing on your account, don’t worry — this is usually a syncing issue.
Restore Your Purchase
Open the purchase screen in the starryai app
Tap the “Already Purchased” button at the bottom of the screen
This will re-sync your subscription and restore your Pro access.
Still Not Working?
If Pro still doesn’t appear after restoring:
Open In-App Support
Select “I bought Lumens/Pro but they are not showing up ⭐️”
Include your Order ID (Apple or Google Play) in your message
Our team will review it and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
