I Purchased Pro, but My Account Is Not Marked as Pro

Learn how to restore your Pro subscription if it isn’t appearing on your account and what to do if restoring doesn’t work.

If your Pro subscription isn’t showing on your account, don’t worry — this is usually a syncing issue.

Restore Your Purchase

  1. Open the purchase screen in the starryai app

  2. Tap the “Already Purchased” button at the bottom of the screen

This will re-sync your subscription and restore your Pro access.


Still Not Working?

If Pro still doesn’t appear after restoring:

  • Open In-App Support

  • Select “I bought Lumens/Pro but they are not showing up ⭐️”

  • Include your Order ID (Apple or Google Play) in your message
