We offer refunds for Web purchases under the following conditions:


Pro Subscriptions (Web Only)

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The purchase was made within the past 7 days, and

  • You’ve used less than 5% of your monthly Pro Lumens, and

  • You are not satisfied with your purchase


Lumens (Web Only)

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The purchase was made within the past 7 days, and

  • You’ve used less than 5% of the Lumen pack, and

  • You are not satisfied


📱 Mobile Purchases

This refund policy applies only to Web purchases.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds must be requested directly through the respective platform:
