Paid Lumens are usually added to your account instantly. In rare cases, there may be a delay or syncing issue with Apple, Google Play, or Web purchases.
If your Lumens haven’t appeared, follow the steps below.
✅ Step 1: Restore Your Purchase (Mobile Only)
Open the app and tap the Restore Purchases or “Already Purchased” button on the purchase screen.
This often resolves the issue immediately by re-syncing your purchase.
✅ Step 2: Contact Support
If restoring doesn’t work, please contact support and include:
A screenshot of your purchase receipt
Your Order ID / Transaction ID
The platform you purchased from (Apple, Google Play, or Web)
If submitting via the app:
Open In-App Support
Select “I bought Lumens/Pro but they are not showing up ⭐️”
Attach your screenshot
Our team will verify your purchase and apply your Lumens if needed — usually within 24 hours.
How to Find Your Order ID
Apple (App Store)
Your Order ID is a mix of capital letters and numbers.
You can find it:
In your Apple receipt email
Or by going to:
Settings
Tap your Apple ID
Media & Purchases → View Account
Purchase History
Select the purchase
Android (Google Play)
Your Order ID will look like:
GPA.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxxx
You can find it:
In your Google Play receipt email
Or in:
Google Play Store
Profile icon
Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & History
Select the purchase
Web Purchases
Your Order ID will look like:
xxxx-xxxx
You can find it in your web purchase confirmation email.
