If you’d like to use a different account, you have the following options:
Option 1: Use the Web Version
You can log in with a different account anytime by accessing starryai through a web browser.
Option 2: Request Account Deletion (If No Important Data Is Stored)
If the current account does not contain important data (such as Lumens, creations, or styles), you can request deletion:
Tap your profile picture
Scroll to the bottom
Submit a Delete Account request
Deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
Once deleted, you’ll be able to sign in with a different account.
⚠️ Only choose this option if you’re sure you don’t need the data in the current account.
Option 3: Contact Support for Data Transfer
If both accounts contain data and you want everything combined into one account, follow these detailed steps to consolidate your creations:
Identify the Target Account: Decide which account you want to consolidate your creations into (the destination account). This is the account you will retain and use going forward. For example, if you have accounts using different email addresses, choose the email account you currently use most often.
Send a Request: Using the target account, send a message to starryai's support team. In your request, provide the email addresses of the accounts you wish to consolidate into the target account. Ensure these other accounts belong to you and that you provide accurate details.
Wait for Transfer Completion: After submitting your request, it might take some time for the transfer process to complete. Keep an eye on your target account for updates.

Only Use the Target Account: Once the transfer process begins, avoid logging into or actively using the other accounts to prevent disruptions.
