Typically this should be an instant process but somethings Google Play or Apple Store glitch out sometimes, but fear not we can resolve this issue for you.
Simply take a screenshot of your receipt which should have been emailed to you, make sure the transaction id/order id is visible in the screen shot.
Next step would be to contact live support, give a quick explanation of what happened and provide the screenshot to support.
The matter should be resolved within 24/hrs.
