If you have trouble receiving credits, please check that you are doing it through the Earn button on the top right of the app. Please, also ensure you don't have any typos in the phrase you are required to use when posting as that can cause errors. The same goes for your username (it is also case-sensitive).

Please also note that in order to qualify for the credits you’d need to have at least 25 followers on your chosen social media channel.
