On Apple devices, the app automatically signs you into the account you used the first time you downloaded the app.
Because of how Apple handles app authentication:
The app does not currently have a logout option
It will automatically log you into the original account
If you want to log in using a different Gmail account, you have the following options:
Option 1: Use a Web Browser
You can log in with your Gmail account anytime by visiting starryai through a web browser. This bypasses Apple’s automatic app sign-in behavior.
Option 2: Delete the Current Account (If It Has No Data)
If the current account does not contain important data (such as Lumens, creations, or styles), you can request deletion:
Tap your profile picture/icon
Scroll to the bottom
Submit a Delete Account request
Deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
Once the account is removed, you’ll be able to log in with a different account the next time you open the app.
⚠️ Only do this if you’re sure the account has no data you want to keep.
Option 3: Contact Support to Transfer Your Data
If both accounts contain data and you want everything in one place:
Contact support
Provide the email of the account you’re currently logged into
Provide the email of the account you want to use
Our team can transfer your data so you can keep your Lumens and creations under a single account.
