Why Haven’t I Received My Social Media Lumens?

This guide walks you through the common reasons rewards may not go through — including account linking, follower requirements, required phrases, and how to verify your reward.

If you haven’t received your Lumens after sharing on social media, please review the checklist below:

✅ 1. Share Through the Earn Lumens Screen

Make sure you are sharing directly from the Earn Lumens section in the app (top-right corner). Posts made outside of this flow will not be tracked or rewarded.

After posting, return to the Earn Lumens screen and verify your reward there.


✅ 2. Double-Check the Required Phrase

Ensure you used the exact required phrase when posting.

  • No typos

  • Correct capitalization

  • No missing words

Even small mistakes can prevent the system from detecting your post.


✅ 3. Confirm Your Username Is Correct

In Profile Settings, make sure:

  • Your social media account is linked

  • The username is entered correctly (usernames are case-sensitive)

  • The link in your profile works when clicked

  • Your account is public and accessible

If your profile is private, we won’t be able to verify your post.


✅ 4. Meet the Follower Requirement

Some social platforms require a minimum number of followers to qualify for Lumens (e.g., at least 25 followers).
Make sure you meet the requirement before sharing.
